FATWA REQUESTS

Anklets are among the [accessories of] adornment that a woman is authorized to beautify herself with, as long as she shows them only to those whom Allah authorized her to show them to.

Regarding [women’s] adornment, Allah says:
“...and not expose their adornment except to their husbands, their fathers, their husbands' fathers, their sons, their husbands' sons, their brothers, their brothers' sons, their sisters' sons, their women, that which their right hands possess, or those male attendants having no physical desire, or children who are not yet aware of the private aspects of women.”
(Surah An-Nur (The Light): 31)

In addition, there is a specific constraint regarding anklets and their equivalents: The prohibition of stamping their feet to reveal their adornment.

Allah says:
“And let them not stamp their feet to make known what they conceal of their adornment.”
(Surah An-Nur (The Light): 31)

And Allah is the Highest and the Best-knowing.

Praise be to Allah and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet, His family, His companions and those who follow Him. As to what follows, sale in language is defined by scholars as “swap,” which is swapping money for money lawfully. In Islamic law, it is defined as the transfer of ownership in exchange for compensation in a permissible manner; that is to say that the seller owns the good which ownership is being transferred to the buyer in exchange for money, property, or something else in a permissible way, based on request, reply, and approval. As for the case related to the question, sale is invalid in terms of language and Islamic law because the seller does not own the transported goods, he did not hand it over or received its amount; therefore the sale lacks all its conditions and is invalid. Allah is the Highest and the All-Knowing, and peace and blessings be upon our Prophet, His family and His companions.

Please refer to this answer from MuslimMatters.org:
"Allah subḥānahu wa ta'āla (glorified and exalted be He) had a plan for you before you were born, and He still has a plan for you. Allah’s plan for you is necessary and glorious. His plan is vital to your success and important to the world. Allah’s plan is not set in stone, as if we were robots pre-programmed in the factory. That would strip us of free will and deny our natures. Rather, I believe that Allah has a flexible plan for each human being: a plan that allows that person to benefit the world with his/her unique talents. This is in fact the Islamic view of al-Qadar, or predestination. There is no doubt that Allah has decreed everything that happens in the universe from the beginning of time to the end, and that Allah has written it all in al-Lawh al-Mahfooz (the Book of Decrees)."

The wife does not bear any expenses in Islam. All the expenses are borne by men: before marriage, during marriage, and afterwards. Allah says: “Men are in charge of women by what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend from their wealth.” Allah also says: “But give them compensation -the wealthy according to his capability and the poor according to his capability- a provision according to what is acceptable, a duty upon the doers of good.”

In Islam there is no philosophy as it is known by the Greek and others, for it leads to infidelity; we seek refuge in Allah from that. But if you are referring to wisdom, then the whole Sunnah of the Prophet peace and blessings be upon Him is wisdom and cannot be called philosophy. I refer you to the Fatwa of Sheikh Mohammad Saalih Al-Munajjid (the ruling of studying philosophy), which you will find useful if Allah willse. Thank you.

Allah says:

“And it is not for any human being that Allah should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a partition or that He sends a messenger to reveal, by His permission, what He wills. Indeed, He is Most High and Wise.”

(SurahAsh-Shuraa: 51).

Indeed, Allah sent down Jibreel (Gabriel) as a messenger from Allah to the Prophets and Messengers: “And Allah spoke to Moses with [direct] speech” (Surah An-Nisa: 164).

Nevertheless, not all what was revealed to Moses, Prayers and Peace be upon Him, was a direct speech. Revelation is either done through Jibreel, inspiration, or in a dream. And Allah knows best.
Allah's Prayers and Peace be upon the Messenger of Allah, His family, and companions

The Prophet Peace and Prayers be Upon Him was the first One to bring the toilet to Medina, which was followed by the tradition (Sunnah) of stepping into the toilet with the left foot first.

Indeed, he is considered sinful for not testifying truthfully. Allah the Almighty says:
“Do not conceal the testimony, for he, who does, is sinful at heart, and Allah knows what you do.”
(Surah Al-Baqarah: 283)

Placing green leaves on graves was mentioned in one of the Prophet's hadiths and there is no prohibition, and so is the case for pouring water,on graves. But the problem is that nowadays, flowers are very expensive and purchasing them is a waste of money, and it is not beneficial for the deceased. With that amount of money, it is better to benefit the deceased by giving charity on his behalf. As for placing green leaves and
pouring water on graves, it is not costly..
